Grafton Community Television Announces 2009 Fall Video Class Schedule
GRAFTON: Have you been looking for a creative way to get your message across to your fellow Grafton residents? Or have you just wanted to experience what it’s like to produce your own cable television program? Then you’ll want to check out Grafton Community Television’s Fall 2009 Video Production Class. This eight week course begins Monday evening, September 14th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the GCTV studios in South Grafton. The classes are held in conjunction with Charter Communications and are free to Grafton residents 18 years and older and Grafton business owners, regardless of whether or not they are cable television subscribers. Completion of the course qualifies you as a Grafton Community Television cable access producer and entitles you to use the GCTV equipment and facilities.
According to D anielle DeLucia, Grafton Community Television Public Access Coordinator, “Here at GCTV our staff wants to take the mystery out of producing cable television programs. Our class lets participants get comfortable with using a video camera, editing their own programs and learning the basics of behind the scenes directing.”
The deadline for signups for this class is September 11th. For registration and additional information please call Danielle DeLucia, Public Access Coordinator for Grafton at (508) 839-2983 or email at GCTV11@charter.net
