Grafton Community Television – Always Available on Verizon Channels 32, 33 and 34.
GRAFTON: Looking for your favorite Grafton Community Television programs but can’t seem to find them on the Verizon cable system?
Grafton cable television subscribers who have followed local programming on Charter channels 11, 12 and 13 need look no further20than Verizon channels 32, 33 and 34. GCTV cable access programs (Charter channel 11) are broadcast on Verizon Channel 34. Grafton government broadcasts,(Charter channel 12) including live broadcasts of the selectmen, planning board, and secondary school building committee, are available on Verizon Channel 33. Grafton school programming (Charter channel 13) can be seen on Verizon channel 32.
The semiannual Grafton Town Meeting, set for Monday, October 19th, will be broadcast live on Verizon Channel 33 and Charter Channel 12.
According to Bob Hassinger, chairman of the Cable Television Oversight Committee, “The Grafton cable committee is pleased that Verizon subscribers can see all of the GCTV broadcasts, including our popular live programming, that has been20available to our Charter cable subscribers. It takes a little while for everyone to get used to a different channel numbering system, so please check out Verizon channels 32, 33 and 34 to see all that Grafton cable access has to offer.”
Grafton Community Television provides programming on three distinct public access channels in the Town of Grafton over the Charter Communications and the Verizon cable systems. Monthly schedules for Grafton Community Television Channels can be found at www.GraftonTV.org. Charter Channel 11/Verizon Channel 34 provides general interest programming, Charter Channel 12/Verizon Channel 33 broadcasts town government programming, and Charter Channel 13 /Verizon Channel 32 features school programming and high school sports events. The Grafton Community Television studios and offices are located at 296 Providence Road in South Grafton.
